After he and his family relocated from New York to Delray Beach, FL, Gilbert Nau founded GLN Cleaning Services in 2001. Leaving behind a high paying job in corporate America, Gilbert decided it was time to start his own business.

So began the life of GLN Cleaning Services,

Gilbert quickly became a fixture in the local business community through his memberships in Network Professionals, Inc in Boca Raton, FL and the Delray Beach and Pompano Chamber of Commerce. Through these relationships and his natural business acumen, Gilbert quickly uncovered a niche in the market place. He found that few, if any, quality conscious reliable, and customer-centric cleaning services existed in South Florida and he began to meet these needs.

Prior to starting GLN Cleaning Services, Gilbert worked as a controller for Iron Street Labs, the New York Incubator of Technology, where he was responsible for maintaining the accuracy four portfolio company. In addition he was responsible preparing of the financial and handle the year end audit.

Prior to that Gilbert held numerous position at Ovid Technology, Inc where he was the international controller. As an International controller, he was in charge of overseeing the accounting function of 4 countries. Ensuring that all financial records are accurate and reported to the corporate office on a timely basis.
